Ingredients
Banana Balls
2 ripe bananas, mashed
¼ cup nut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp allspice
1 cup almond flour
¼ cup vanilla protein powder (2 scoops)
½ cup oats
½ cup *walnuts, chopped

Coating
¼ cup oats
1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Mix: 10 minutes
1. Mash the bananas, then mix the nut butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, and allspice together.
2. Add the almond flour, protein powder, oats, and *walnuts to the bowl. Mix until combined.
3. Separate the dough into 20 evenly sized balls. I use a 2 tbsp ice cream scoop.

Freeze: 10 minutes
4. Freeze the balls for 10 minutes.
5. While the banana balls are in the freezer, mix the oats and cinnamon in a bowl. Set aside.

Coat: 5 minutes
6. Take the banana balls out of the freezer and press each ball into the oats and cinnamon mixture. Roll the ball in your hands to seal the oats on the banana balls.
7. Place the banana balls in an airtight container and refrigerate or freeze.

Substitute any nut in place of the chopped walnuts.
